    the property was close to St Helen's Rugby Club, where I attended a concert, and it was only a 30-minute walk away. driving into the city centre was easy from this location. the property had all the amenities I needed, including spacious rooms as shown in the photos, allowing me to comfortably work and exercise. I also appreciated the availability of tea, coffee, and sugar, as well as the cleanliness of the bathroom and kitchen. Another highlight was the proximity to a park and playing fields, making it an excellent choice for small young families. Cons: All was good, thumbs up. 👍.

    There were some cleanliness issues that should be addressed. the house was not cleaned properly when we arrived, with dust, cup rings, and dirt found in various areas.
